A working class Amazigh woman finds herself increasingly alienated from the extremely wealthy family she married into. When literal aliens land in Morocco, Itto (Oumaima Barid), heavily pregnant, is forced into an emancipatory journey against the stunning backdrop of the Atlas mountains.

Sofia Alaoui’s debut feature blends high concept science fiction and a spiritual road movie into an eerie, contemplative trip of apocalyptic proportions.
