“Threads of Solidarity” is an audiovisual installation running in film theaters as a prologue and interlude to film screenings. It is derived from the visual identity of the 15th ALFILM, which is inspired from traditional Palestinian embroidery, a symbol of cultural identity and collective strength. The installation embodies the enduring resilience and unwavering solidarity found within diasporic communities weaving a metaphorical „Brandmauer,“ a wall of solidarity.
